Stressful Week and Hitting The Gym On My Lunch Break. When the week starts to stress you out take some time for yourself. This is the life lesson of this week.
My gym offered a great deal for a yearly membership so I jumped on that opportunity this week. I will not let the membership go to waste and I’m even able to go on my lunch break. It’s a huge win for me.
Plan to see a lot more fitness type recipes, blogs, and videos from me in the near future. I really want to take it slower this time and work on building a long-lasting balance between fitness and life. I know they can work together and have a happy marriage. Let’s do this together!

Greg ordered a tarot deck for me weeks ago and it finally came in. I saw the Dark Mansion Tarot deck online and fell in love with it!
I love that I’m starting to vlog again so I can get all my thoughts out. Vlogging is a form of therapy for me so I’m going to keep doing it. If you have a healthy outlet and it does not bring negativity into your life I think you should do it. It’s important to express yourself.
