Let’s talk about water and how I manage to get a gallon of water per day. I was not always a water drinker. When I was in high school I was hospitalized several times for dehydration. I’ve been there and it sucks.
It is possible to drink a gallon a day with some small changes to your daily routine.
In the morning I will fill up my cup of water and take my vitamins before I head to the gym.
I use a cup with a wide mouth so I can get more water than a water bottle would provide. Between taking my vitamins and going to the gym I can manage to drink about 40oz of water.
On a normal
No matter what I’m doing for the day I make sure I carry a bottle of water with me. I could be shopping, sitting at home, going to the gym…it does not matter because I carry a bottle of water with me everywhere I go. I usually carry one in my hand and one in my bag or purse so I’m never without water. If we are going to be gone for a few hours I like to carry a sports bottle with me because it holds more than 20 ounces of water.
You can also find a refillable bottle at the dollar store that will hold more than 30 ounces of water. On those busy
Just look for bottles or cups that work with your day. I use cups with straws sometimes but I feel like I’m sucking up more air than water so they don’t really work for me.
There are several cups you can use that can help you get your water intake for the day. Just give them a try to see what works best for you and your lifestyle.
Flavored water is good and using an infused water pitcher can help also. There are so many things you can try to change the taste of water without adding sugar to your day. It’s another option to get your water in with a little flavor.
